This pie completely blew me away. It is loaded with a killer combination of salami, ham, mortadella, red onions, banana peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. What really sets it apart is the genius addition of stone-ground mustard. You might not expect a surprise mustard sauce on a pizza, but it ties the rich meats and cheese together perfectly on top of their fantastic dough. It makes total sense why this unique combo is an award-winner. My wife and I love pizza and eat it everywhere we go. We aren't from this area, but discovering the Godfather here was a major highlight of our trip

Premium price for this pizza but it was worth every dollar. the mortadella and sun dried tomatoes is such a good choice. Keep in mind, this is an award winning pizza for a reason. Definite repeater.

We love pizza and are always looking for great spots when we travel. Since we are not from this area, finding this gem was a fantastic surprise!As a vegetarian, I absolutely love artichokes on pizza, and the Verdura at Palo Mesa did not disappoint. The fresh arugula on top is so delicious, and the pizza dough is truly fantastic.

The PEPE pizza was absolutely delicious. The combination of smoked mozzarella, pepperoni, garlic, basil, and Parmesan created the perfect balance of rich, savory flavors, while the fresh arugula and aged balsamic added a bright, peppery finish that kept every bite feeling fresh. The drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and touch of sea salt tied everything together beautifully. It's a unique pizza that feels elevated without being overcomplicated, and I would order it again in a heartbeat.
