We like to call our gluten free dough, gluten sensitive, as we hand toss our Palo dough which leaves flour throughout the air inside of our shop. We take every precaution to keep your gluten sensitive pie away from flour while preparing, baking, and cutting your pie. This crust holds up best to three toppings or less.
